SPG recently acquired the Mosman Post Office and 66 Spit Road. SPG is applying its philosophy of the engagement of people and place to prepare a mixed use development suited to owner occupiers and local businesses. Approval is expected late 2022 or early 2023 with construction planned to commence shortly thereafter.
